Refund Policy
The Short Version
Every product on Giftbotics is custom-printed on demand, just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for reasons of personal preference or change of mind — your item was made specifically for your order.
However, if your product arrives with a genuine print defect or error on our part, we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice — no arguments.
What Qualifies as a Defect

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Step 1: Email admin@giftbotics.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Step 2: Include your order number and at least one clear photo of the defect or issue.
- Step 3: Tell us whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund.
- Step 4: We’ll review and respond within 3 business days.
You do not need to return the defective item — we don’t ask you to ship it back.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
Sizing
We strongly recommend checking our size guides (available on each product page and in the design studio) before ordering. Because products are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection. If you’re unsure, size up.
Colour Accuracy
Colours on screen (RGB) will always differ slightly from printed colours (CMYK). Our AI designs are optimised for print, but we cannot guarantee a pixel-perfect colour match between your screen and the final product. This is a standard limitation of digital-to-physical printing, not a defect.
