Agreement

By accessing or using Giftbotics (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

The Service

Giftbotics is an AI-powered custom print-on-demand platform. You describe a gift idea, our AI generates design options, you select one, and we arrange printing and fulfilment through our third-party partner Printify. Giftbotics itself does not manufacture or ship products — fulfilment is handled by Printify’s print provider network.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and make purchases.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI-Generated Designs & Intellectual Property

Designs created through Giftbotics are generated by artificial intelligence based on your prompts.

• You own your design. The AI-generated design you create and order is yours. You may use it for personal and commercial purposes.
• You grant Giftbotics a licence. By using the Service, you grant Giftbotics a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use your generated designs for internal purposes including AI model improvement, quality analytics, and platform demonstration.
• You are responsible for your prompts. Do not submit prompts that request designs that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, contain hate speech, depict illegal content, or violate any applicable law.
• No guarantee of uniqueness. AI models may produce similar outputs for similar prompts. We cannot guarantee your design will be unique or original under copyright law.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of the product and printing cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment gateway. We do not store card details.
• Order confirmation is sent by email. Your order is accepted when you receive this confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfil, with a full refund issued.
• Production typically begins within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times vary by location and print provider.

Print Quality

We use reputable print-on-demand providers and AI-enhanced upscaling to maximise print quality. However, due to the nature of custom AI-generated designs and digital-to-physical printing, minor variations in colour, texture, and placement may occur. These variations do not constitute defects unless they significantly deviate from the approved mockup.

Screen colours (RGB) differ from printed colours (CMYK). We cannot guarantee an exact colour match between what you see on screen and the final printed product.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Giftbotics to:

• Generate designs that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Create content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, or illegal.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI systems or APIs.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in order cancellation, account termination, and/or legal action.

Refunds & Returns

Because every product is custom-printed on demand, we follow a specific refund policy. Please see our full Refund Policy for details. In summary: we do not accept returns for reasons of personal taste, but we will replace or refund products with genuine print defects reported within 30 days of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Giftbotics is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by Printify, shipping carriers, or other third-party providers.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. For customers based in the United States, we also comply with applicable US consumer protection laws. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of Israel, depending on applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
